Description Position Title: Administrative Assistant u2013 Powertrain Calibration Engineering (PCE1) Position SummaryProvide administrative and coordination support to the PCE1 team to ensure efficient operation of department activities. This role will support engineers and management by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and global stakeholders, including TMC counterparts. Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and leadershipSupport preparation, formatting, and distribution of technical reports, presentations, and meeting materialsTrack and follow up on action items, project updates, and key deliverablesMaintain department records, SharePoint sites, and documentation systemsSupport onboarding activities, travel reservations and general team logisticsCoordinate communication with cross-functional teams and global counterparts (including Japan)Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative processes Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum QualificationsAssociateu2019s, Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of recent strong administrative support experience supporting senior leadership Knowledge of SAP/AribaStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Candidates must be tested prior to submitting and must score 80% or better to qualifyStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting engineering or technical teamsExperience working in a global environment, including coordination with JapanFamiliarity with SharePoint or document management systemsFamiliarity with advanced visualization/analysis packages (e.g., Power BI)Openness to explore new tools and methods (e.g., AI) to improve work efficiencyExperience supporting project tracking or reporting activities Core CompetenciesCommunicationCollaborationOrganizational effectivenessAttention to detailFlexibility and adaptability Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
