Our locations are authorized service centers for Mack, Volvo, Cummins, Meritor, Eaton and Fuller warranties. TEC truly offers the convenience of one-stop shopping for all trucking-related needs.The Credit Analyst will be responsible for risk analysis and mitigation, credit approval, dispute resolution, management and collection of accounts receivable for lower-tier Leasing customer accounts while operating within assigned thresholds. The role operates with routine supervisory oversight by the Corporate Credit Manager.Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, being responsive and proactive to address customer concerns and resolve issues.Analyze customer credit history to set appropriate credit limits within established thresholds. Review and make credit recommendations based on review of customer financial statements, credit bureau reports and payment history.Responsible for management and collection of all lower-tier accounts receivable within established metrics, on a portfolio of accounts, as assigned. Report of key performance metrics and trends. Perform annual reviews and report on key metrics for customers within the assigned portfolio.Act as liaison between TEC Business Partners and external customers to aid dispute resolution, leading to payment.Work with Credit Manager regarding account escalations and make recommendations regarding bad debt reserves, third party collections and legal actions, as appropriate.Provide account support and assistance for upper-tier accounts, as needed.Research and respond to requests and questions from the accounting department.Assist with month-end close processes and reporting, bad debt reporting and miscellaneous projects as assigned.High school diploma required.
