Project/Program Manager - Non IT 1

Description We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to oversee non-IT initiatives in areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product rollouts. This position requires a strategic thinker who can plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects while ensuring seamless integration of technical activities. As this is a long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in driving organizational success in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. u2022 Manage and coordinate the integration of technical activities across various departments. u2022 Present comprehensive reports, proposals, and findings to clients and stakeholders. u2022 Assess technology needs and market demands to evaluate project feasibility. u2022 Recruit, train, and assess team members while supporting their growth. u2022 Oversee quality control processes and ensure efficient resource allocation. u2022 Monitor production processes and apply strategies to optimize operations. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project execution. Requirements u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively. u2022 Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. u2022 Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management strategies. u2022 Familiarity with business principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational management. u2022 Proficiency in computer software such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and O365. u2022 Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. u2022 PMP certification or other relevant credentials preferred.
