Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Supervisor to oversee key financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting. u2022 Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are correctly recorded. u2022 Conduct and support financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulations. u2022 Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. u2022 Prepare and review journal entries to support accounting operations. u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Train and mentor team members to support their growth and attention to detail. u2022 Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies. u2022 Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. u2022 Expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management. u2022 Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance. u2022 Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. u2022 Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
