Yard Worker - Mount Clemens, MI + _$20.00 per hour_ + _1st shift M-F_ + _Opportunity for Overtime_ Job Description Join our dynamic team where you'll have the opportunity to work both in a warehouse setting and out in the field. You'll collaborate with a team, often under the guidance of a lead, to ensure that materials are correctly loaded and unloaded from trucks. This role requires attention to detail as you'll also be responsible for fixing any returned materials that need adjustments using hand tools. When not handling materials, you'll contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities + Load materials onto trucks using provided sheets. + Unload materials from returning trucks and organize them appropriately in the warehouse. + Use hand tools to repair any materials that are returned with defects or deformities. + Reorganize and clean the warehouse when other tasks are complete. + Assist in setting up commercial properties in the field. Essential Skills + General labor experience, particularly in manual physical labor. + Ability to lift and load items weighing up to 50 lbs. + Experience using hand tools. + Capability to work on your feet for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Chauffeur's license. + Previous forklift experience. + Experience in fieldwork. Why Work Here?
