About the role: As a Senior Consulting Manager u2013 Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programsu2014primarily SAP S/4HANA and ERP modernization initiativesu2014using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives. In this role, you will: u2022 Lead and manage end-to-end change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and broader digital transformation programs. u2022 Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness. u2022 Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes. u2022 Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery. u2022 Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges. u2022 Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools such as SAP Enable Now or WalkMe. u2022 Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle. u2022 Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development. u2022 Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership. What you need to have to be considered: u2022 8u201310+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs. u2022 Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans. u2022 Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe. u2022 Proven client-facing consulting experience. u2022 Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead and Cognizant Values. These will help you stand out: u2022 Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design. u2022 Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs. u2022 Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets. u2022 Strong facilitation and executive communication. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on project or client needs.
