We seek employees who bring different and innovative ways of seeing the world and solving problems.u00a0The Issaka Lab in the Public Health Sciences Division seeks au00a0Statistical Research Associate(SRA) IIu00a0to join a collaborative, mission-driven research and quality improvement team focused on improving colorectal cancer screening and reducing disparities in cancer prevention and care. This is a full-time in-person position embedded within a cohesive and growing program.u00a0u00a0The successful candidate willu00a0contribute tou00a0multipleu00a0phases of research, including study design,u00a0analysis,u00a0interpretation of findings, and dissemination. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative health services andu00a0implementationu00a0scienceu00a0research with direct impact on patient outcomes. Additionally, the candidate willu00a0provideu00a0oversight and management to a system-wide colorectal cancer database used for quality improvement initiatives. This position willu00a0operateu00a0with a degree of independence while engaging with a senior statistician for mentorship and guidance on complex analyses.u00a0 ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, management, and analysis of electronic health record (EHR) and programmatic data systemsu00a0u00a0Conduct statistical analyses for observational and interventional studies using standard software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata)u00a0u00a0Collaborate with investigators to develop and implement analytic plansu00a0u00a0Evaluate analytic approaches andu00a0suggestu00a0additionalu00a0or alternative analysesu00a0u00a0Support data quality assurance and ongoing data management
