Overview: The Director, Media Analytics is a senior, client-facing leader responsible for owning the analytics strategy, measurement design, and data-driven performance narrative across an assigned portfolio of Infinite Roar clients. This role sits directly below the Vice President (portfolio lead) and is a critical leadership position within DTAI, combining strategic counsel with hands-on analytical problem-solving and active people management. In partnership with the VP, Media Analytics, the Director will drive the day-to-day execution of measurement strategies across multi-channel media programs, ensuring that analytics moves beyond reporting to actively shape planning, optimization, and innovation. The Director will serve as the primary analytics point of contact for senior client stakeholders, translating complex data into clear strategic direction and business outcomes. Embodying a player-coach approach, the Director will lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, Managers, and Analysts, raising the bar for analytical rigor, client delivery, and professional growth. They will also play a key role in advancing DTAIu2019s practice-level capabilities, contributing to organic revenue growth, new business development, and the standardization of scalable analytics frameworks across the Infinite Roar portfolio. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial thinker with a bias toward action. They bring deep measurement expertise, strong client instincts, and the leadership presence to influence senior stakeholders while building and operationalizing best-in-class analytics capabilities. Responsibilities _Client Leadership & Strategic Influence_ + Own the analytics strategy and client relationships across an assigned portfolio, serving as the senior analytics lead and trusted advisor to client stakeholders + Translate client business objectives into measurement frameworks, learning agendas, experimentation roadmaps, and KPI structures that tie media performance to business outcomes + Influence senior client decision-makers through compelling data storytelling, delivering clear, actionable recommendations that shape media strategy and investment + Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities by proactively surfacing advanced analytics, measurement, and data activation solutions that expand DTAIu2019s scope of work and revenue + Lead client-facing presentations, QBRs, and strategic reviews, ensuring DTAIu2019s analytics narrative is consistent, credible, and commercially aware _Measurement & Analytics Practice Leadership_ + Design and oversee integrated, cross-channel measurement approaches, including experimentation, attribution, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance analysis + Connect diagnostic, performance, and audience analytics to business KPIs, ROI improvement, and long-term client growth + Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks with rigor, ensuring alignment with client objectives and statistical validity + Partner with internal and external measurement vendors (e.g., MMM, attribution, brand lift providers) to maximize client outcomes and maintain vendor accountability + Drive the standardization and documentation of scalable analytics processes, frameworks, and playbooks across the Media Analytics practice + Contribute to DTAIu2019s long-term analytics roadmap, identifying capability gaps and recommending investments that support the teamu2019s evolution _Data, Technology & Cross-Practice Collaboration_ + Serve as a subject-matter expert on audience data (1P, 2P, 3P), identity resolution, and data-driven media activation within the Media Analytics context + Collaborate with Audience Strategy, Advanced Analytics, AdOps, and Data Architecture teams to integrate analytics insights into broader DTAI solutions, including clean rooms, CDPs, and audience strategies + Partner with Strategy, Activation, Investment, and Programmatic teams to support campaign activation and advanced data use cases + Stay ahead of evolving ad measurement standards, privacy considerations, signal loss, and platform changes, and translate these shifts into actionable client guidance + Maintain working relationships with key technology and data partners, evaluating vendor capabilities and ensuring alignment with client needs _Team Leadership & Agency Enablement_ + Directly manage and develop Associate Directors, Managers, and Analysts, including performance management, career development, and resource allocation across client portfolios + Set quality standards for all client-facing analytics deliverables, including POVs, RFPs, media plans, insights decks, and recommendations + Manage prioritization and workload allocation across your team, balancing client needs with team capacity and professional development + Support new business efforts through RFP participation, pitch development, and capability storytelling + Evangelize analytics best practices across Infinite Roar and the broader Publicis Media ecosystem, including participation in industry learning and internal knowledge-sharing + Be seen as a thought leader within DTAI, at Infinite Roar, and with the client, with credibility in measurement strategy, AdTech/MarTech, and data-driven decision-making Qualifications + 8 to 10 years of experience in media analytics, measurement, and client-facing strategy roles within an agency, consultancy, or media/data company + 5+ years managing relationships across complex hierarchies and demonstrated ability to directly influence both internal teams and clients + 3+ years of direct people management experience, including mentoring, performance management, and team development + Strong ability to translate complex analytics into business-driven recommendations and strategic guidance for executive audiences + Proven expertise in experimentation design, A/B testing, incrementality, and modern measurement frameworks + Deep understanding of digital and cross-channel media planning, execution, activation, and measurement, including linear, CTV/OTT, programmatic, social, search, and retail media + In-depth knowledge of ad and marketing technology, including media buying, multi-channel measurement, ad servers, DSPs, identity resolution, dynamic creative optimization, and attribution + Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences + Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, clients, and brands simultaneously while managing team capacity + Comfort operating as both a strategist and a hands-on analytical problem solver (player-coach orientation) + Vertical experience and knowledge of QSR and/or Retail/Consumer Goods preferred + Experience working with marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution, and measurement partners such as Neustar, IPSOS/MMA, Analytic Partners, Nielsen (mROI, Visual IQ), IRI, Circana, (m)PHASIZE, or similar providers + Excellent oral, written, and client presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling data-driven narratives + Embody a can-do attitude, and a u201cfigureoutabilityu201d mindset + Day 1 readiness highly preferred, and start-up experience (or commensurate entrepreneurial experience) strongly preferred Additional Qualifications (Nice To Have): + Degree in marketing, communications, or a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics + Deep understanding and experience-based point-of-view on best-of-breed technology tools for BI/Data Analytics, MarTech, AdTech, CDP, CRM, etc. + Previous agency-side experience preferred + Experience supporting new business pitches and RFP responses + Familiarity with the following is a plus: + Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) + Surveys and research tools (Lucid, Compensation Range: $135,375 - $194,460 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
