Collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology. Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Deliver high quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. Assess the current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of work experience. Must have 4 years of experience in technology software development. Must have 3 years of experience in Java 1.7 or above. Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following Java Frameworks (Spring, Apache Spark, Hibernate, and/or ORM). Must have 3 years of experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs. Must have 3 years of hands-on experience building applications or platforms with cloud native and Microservices architecture, including experience with IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment. Must have 3 years of experience with modern collaborative development tools (in one or a combination of Git and/or CI/CD pipelines). Must have 3 years of experience working in an Agile and TDD environment. Must have 3 years of experience in delivering digital projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology. Must have 3 years of experience designing and architecting large business critical systems. Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following technologies: u2022 Akka/Scala u2022 Kafka/RabbitMQ u2022 AngularJS/React JS u2022 ElasticSearch u2022 Hadoop/Spark/Flume u2022 Mongo/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB u2022 RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, and/or similar) u2022 Docker and/or Kubernetes.
