Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Okta Security Architect to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role combines deep Okta expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills to shape company-wide security posture and guide modern authentication strategies. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ In this role, you will: u00b7 Architect, implement, and support Okta-based IAM solutions u00b7 Define and influence enterprise authentication and MFA policies u00b7 Provide L3 support for complex identity and authentication issues u00b7 Develop SOPs, training material, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions u00b7 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Okta, security tools) u00b7 Drive adoption of passwordless, zero-trust, and modern authentication technologies What you need to have to be considered u00b7 Strong hands-on experience with Okta: u00b7 SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Desktop & Agentless SSO u00b7 AD & Radius Agents, user sync, policy creation u00b7 Okta Verify, FastPass, MFA, basic Okta Workflows u00b7 Experience with YubiKey and Beyond Identity authenticators u00b7 Knowledge of passwordless auth, FIDO2, WebAuthn, Zero Trust u00b7 Basic networking (TCP/IP, ports, DMZ) and directory services (AD, LDAP, RADIUS) u00b7 Familiarity with endpoint & cloud tools (Zscaler, GlobalProtect, AWS WorkSpaces) u00b7 Ability to use Splunk for troubleshooting Nice to Have: u00b7 Scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Java) u00b7 Automation and basic Linux skills Soft Skills: u00b7 Excellent communication and documentation skills u00b7 Strong cross-team coordination and leadership mindset u00b7 Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies #LI-EF1 #CB #Ind123 Applications will be accepted until 9 Apr 2026. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $[89,000 - 108,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
