This role is ideal for an earlyu2011career HR professional who enjoys payroll, employee support, and process improvement. What Youu2019ll Do + Process biweekly payroll and review time records, adjustments, and deductions + Administer benefits enrollment, changes, open enrollment, and audits + Respond to employee questions on payroll and benefits + Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Paylocity preferred) + Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and partner with Finance + Support HR reporting, compliance, onboarding, and HR projects + Assist with policy updates, audits, and system improvements What Weu2019re Looking For + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience + 1u20134 years of HR and/or payroll experience + Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration + Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/Paylocity experience a plus + Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills Why This Role + New NW Portland office with abundant natural light + Collaborative, closeu2011knit HR team + Onu2011site schedule: approx. 8:30 a.m.u20135:00 p.m. + Strong growth opportunity into higheru2011level HR or benefits roles + Longu2011term exposure supporting multiu2011state and international teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
