The Opportunity:Hotel Sain Augustine seeks an enthusiastic On Call Server to join our growing team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the events/banquet’s operations team. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation; room refreshes and maintaining a sanitary environment.Key Responsibilities:Service Excellence:Provide top-notch food and drink service, making each guest feel special.Ambiance Creation:Transform function spaces into visually stunning settings with elegant linen and table arrangements.Culinary Presentation:Showcase our exquisite menu offerings with beautifully designed food stations and impeccable beverage service.Event Support:Assist with general banquet preparation, room refreshes and maintaining a pristine environment.Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed.
