Description We are seeking a Texasu2011licensed Attorney for a long-term contract assignment supporting a busy commercial litigation practice. This is a 100% onu2011site role and is best suited for an attorney who is comfortable handling highu2011volume, detailu2011driven litigation work in a fastu2011paced environment. Responsibilities + Review, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of emails and documents following extensive discovery initiatives + Identify legally significant documents, issues, and themes within complex document sets + Conduct litigation research on procedural and substantive issues, including motion practice and case strategy support + Assist with analysis of claims, defenses, and evidentiary issues in commercial litigation matters + Organize and manage case information using spreadsheets, trackers, and summaries + Support ongoing litigation matters by surfacing key facts, risks, and deadlines + Provide direct support to lead litigation counsel on active and upcoming cases Practice Areas Prefered (Not Required) + Commercial and business litigation + Propertyu2011related disputes, including eminent domain + Highu2011stakes, complex civil matters Requirements Qualifications + Active Texas Bar license (required) + Strong legal research, issueu2011spotting, and analytical skills + Comfortable working through large, unstructured data sets + Highly organized with strong attention to detail + Ability to work independently in a direct, highu2011expectation environment + Professional resilience and the ability to receive candid feedback Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
