Adecco is recruiting for multiple Production Associate positions with a specialty manufacturing facility in Aurora, NY . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50/hour to start , working day shift . These are entry-level roles supporting hands-on production and finishing processes. Placement will be based on skills, interest, and business needs. No prior experience is required u2014 training is provided. Responsibilities include: + Assist in hands-on production and finishing processes + Pour, trim, finish, or handle products at various stages of production + Use basic hand tools to prepare or refine finished pieces + Move materials and finished products between workstations + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area + Follow safety and quality guidelines What you bring: + No prior experience required (manufacturing or production experience is a plus) + Good attention to detail + Ability to follow instructions and procedures + Dependable attendance and willingness to learn Physical Requirements: + Standing, sitting, and repetitive hand motions throughout the shift + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning a specialized manufacturing process in a stable, day-shift environment.
