Remote Email Campaign Analyst (Braze)

Job Description This team currently has a need for someone who understands how to leverage Braze capabilities. This Email Campaign Analyst will help set up the email campaigns. They will: - Select a subset of the database best suited for the targeted type of communication. - Set up that subset of targeted audience. - After setting up the audience, there are steps to ensure the criteria was input correctly, identifiers categorized correctly in the campaign, - Test the campaign (A/B Testing) - After they send the email campaign out, they will measure the performance (performance is measured by open rates, click rates, any customer taking action they wanted them to take). - This is 80% execution, 20% strategy We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
