Job Title: General Production Job Description Join a dynamic team in manufacturing and production roles across various departments within a 24/7 operation. Multiple openings are available for individuals willing to train on day shifts before transitioning to night shifts, or to remain on third shift permanently. The positions involve assisting production on the Laminator, Knitting, Roll Converter, and Extruder lines, with duties including core extracting, quality control, and wrapping rolls of product. Responsibilities + Assist in production on Laminator, Knitting, Roll Converter, and Extruder lines. + Perform core extracting on affected areas of each line. + Pay close attention to quality issues and wrap rolls of product. + Monitor the extrusion process and mix chemicals as required. + Utilize lift assists and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. + Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing. + Stand for extended periods and walk up stairs on catwalks. + Ensure adherence to safety standards and use of protective equipment. Essential Skills + High school diploma or GED. + Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience. + Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain punctuality. + Good attitude and willingness to perform tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Two years of recent manufacturing experience with the same company. + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. + Problem-solving skills and analytical ability. + Effective communication skills to report progress and action items. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment, including glasses, ear plugs, steel toe/composite shoes, and respirators when necessary.
