Material Handler (Warehouse Associate) Nashville 1st Shift $21.00/hr Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This position requires the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and involves working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts + Receive and store incoming materials following WMS procedures + Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders accurately + Sort and prepare less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments + Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse + Follow all safety procedures and complete daily equipment inspections Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years old + Ability to work at heights (no fear of heights) + Ability to lift, move, and handle various loads in a warehouse environment + Comfortable working in different temperatures (hot/cold environments) + Ability to climb ladders and remain active throughout the shift + Must pass pre-employment physical requirements + Strong attendance and work ethic Preferred Qualifications + 2+ years of warehouse experience + Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) + Previous experience in a large distribution center Why Join Us? + Employee-owned company + Opportunities for career growth and advancement + Stable and team-oriented work environment + Training provided to support your development As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
