Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Sr Project Manager

We help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there.What You'll Do Proactively track and drive major milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely progress, alignment, and coordination across a complex, cross-functional portfolio of workstreams Support team with program governance, including preparing for leadership forums (e.g., ELT advisory panel), quarterly reporting to the ELT, and decision tracking Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across workstreams, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed early Support stakeholder alignment and change management, including leadership engagement, communications, and adoption of new ways of working Establish reporting, dashboards, and insights to enable data-driven decisions and provide visibility into progress and impact Manage and develop project artifacts, including working decks, meeting materials, and synthesis outputs (e.g., notes, summaries, action trackers)What You'll Bring Senior project manager with enterprise transformation experience Strong PMO + change management + stakeholder management skillset Comfortable operating in ambiguity with evolving strategy - execution Prior Slalom experience, highly preferredAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
