Lead a team of SocialStrategists and Community Managers responsible for delivering end-to-endsocial media marketing efforts for brands across both emerging andlegacy channels within the social media ecosystem for the Quaker OatsMaster Brand.ResponsibilitiesThis role will oversee both proactive and reactive consumer response,social strategy, and content creation for assigned brands within theinternal agency team D3 at PFNA. The successful candidate will be asocial media expert, adept at leading high performing teams to deliverbest-in-class brand experiences. Lead a team of Social Strategists and Community Managers responsiblefor development and implementation of social media communicationstrategies in support of brand objectives Oversee influencer / creator strategies and help manage partners incollaboration with Brand Teams and/or other relevant stakeholders Lead ongoing management of existing Social Media capabilitiesincluding Culture Calendar and Trend Reporting as well as development ofnet new capabilities Stay informed of the latest social media related trends and bestpractices Advocate for new ideas and approaches in support of continuousimprovement / innovation Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensurenecessary governance is in place to run social media programs andmitigate any undue reputational risk Lead overarching approach to social media analytics and help overseereport generation by team Act as a key point of contact with Brand Marketing LeadsCompensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$110,700 - $185,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range duringthe hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement. Experience successfully managing multiple direct repor s and leadingprofessional social media teams Experience and strong understanding of the social media marketinglandscape and growth of creator/influencer marketing Familiarity with a variety of social media analytics tools andcontent publishing platforms Expert level experience with social and influencer platformsincluding Instagram, TikTok and X Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
