Benefits Offered: + Medical/dental coverage + Weekly pay + 401k and PTO after 6 months + Great benefit package offered upon conversion B2B Customer Account Partner Daily Tasks: What you will do: + The Customer Account Partner (CAP) plays a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of assigned business customers. + This role requires a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and business acumen. + You will act as the primary advocate for customers, representing their needs while also promoting company products and services. + The CAP is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships. + This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in distribution and advance within the organization. + Daily responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers, supporting order management, and ensuring key deliverables are met. + The role involves making informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with the companyu2019s financial and operational objectives. + All work must comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and the companyu2019s code of conduct. B2B Customer Account Partner Qualifications/Requirements: + High School diploma required; Bacheloru2019s degree preferred. + Minimum of 3 years in customer service with a focus on managing dedicated customer accounts. + At least 3 years of B2B service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus. + Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable.
