Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or manufacturing who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys managing diverse HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in workforce development and recruiting, with experience in HR systems and employee relations. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead recruiting and workforce development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. u2022 Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the organization. u2022 Provide guidance and support in employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace. u2022 Administer benefit programs and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. u2022 Oversee the utilization and maintenance of HRIS systems, with a preference for UKG Ready experience. u2022 Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. u2022 Monitor and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. u2022 Conduct training sessions and facilitate skill development opportunities for employees. u2022 Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR functions. u2022 Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency across HR operations.
