Boundary Engineer

Cimarron is seeking a mid-levelu00a0Boundary Engineeru00a0to support theu00a0Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, or Schriever Space Force base in Colorado Springs, CO.u00a0Key Duties:- Implement, and maintain network perimeter infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network devices.- Configure and troubleshoot network routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).- Configure, and maintain firewall infrastructure.- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement at the network edge.- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution related to perimeter devices.- Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.- Manage and maintain PKI infrastructure.- Ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Collaborate with other IT teams to support business applications and services.- Document network configurations and procedures.TravelUp to 10%Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and EducationRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:u00a0- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.u00a0- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include, but is not limited to, testing for marijuana use.- This position requires access to federal facilities.
