Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas2. Inspects and prepares all service ware prior to use3. Clears soiled plates, service ware etc. from service areas and tables to dish wash area, sorts appropriately4. Cleans and pre-sets tables with all service ware5. Greets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beverages6. Removes unneeded place settings from occupied tables7. Carries trays of food from kitchen to table8. May assist Server in presentation of meals for large parties and during periods of heavy volume9. Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas10. Assists in completion of post meal clean up and side work duties11. Other duties as assignedGeneral1. Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times2. Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance3. Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow team members4.
