This role assists customers with product selection,ensures accurate point-of-sale transactions, and supports daily storeoperations in alignment with company policies, procedures, andperformance standards.Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous, professional customer service in a retail environment- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions- Maintain sales floor organization, cleanliness, and product availability- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems- Follow established cash handling and loss prevention procedures- Support merchandising standards and daily operational tasks- Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and scheduling requirementsQualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail- Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor- Availability to work during store hours (MondaySaturday, 9:30 AM7:00 PM)- We offer early closing at 7 pm and Sundays off, giving you plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work.- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not requiredWork Environment and BenefitsLifetime Products, Inc. offers a structured and supportive retailenvironment with consistent scheduling.
