In this role, you will: Perform a vital part of the patient care process by leading phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations and states within the designated region. Support Operations & Sales with goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees. Interact with a variety of clients/patients and ensure exceptional, customer-focused service. Identify, prioritize and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencies and productivity to support business goals while managing growth. Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability. Manage successful IOP/PSC implementations in support of growth and profitability. Understand the individual site requirements; coordinate the process on a defined timeline, achieving expectations of standardized, high quality phlebotomy support service. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. All you need is: High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 7 years of phlebotomy management or equivalent experience, preferably in a reference laboratory setting . A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years. Demonstrated ability in work flow design, and in analyzing and troubleshooting complex processes. Experience with clinical lab regulatory requirements, QC, QA, and process improvement activities. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, and budget preparation. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
