We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.Work you'll doThe Deloitte Technology (DT) Process Optimization Manager plays a critical role in driving the daily operations of DT’s process optimization initiatives, ensuring that the team is equipped with accurate program processes, templates and tooling to guide optimizations that improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance quality across business processes.You will collaborate and partner with Process Optimization Program Leadership in the development and delivery of enhancement processes, providing thought leadership around LEAN Six Sigma, process redesign and SLA insights. Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Partner with Process Optimization Leadership to drive DT’s overall process optimization program, deploying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and tools, where appropriate to improve business processes, in alignment with strategic and related programs Identify, prioritize and lead process optimization initiatives that align with organizational goals, DT’s enterprise strategy and that put the customer at the center of service deliveryDrive measurable improvements in cost reduction, cycle time, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiencyManage process improvement projects, ensuring project delivery expectations around time, budget and scope are metCollect, analyze, interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights for program stakeholders of all levelsCollaborate across Deloitte Technology service areas and teams outside of DT as appropriate to ensure process improvements are sustainablePartner with leaders and teams to drive adoption of process improvements, as appropriateSupport change management strategies to embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvementCoach and mentor Green Belts and business leaders in LEAN Six Sigma methods and toolsDeliver training sessions, workshops and Kaizen eventsPartner to identify opportunities for automation, digitization and technology-enabled solutions where appropriateSupport the enhancement & development of dashboards that monitor process health and performance, ensuring continued process transparency & health The teamDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s Degree/Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Technology LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification 7 years of experience in business process/project delivery experience, preferably in a global organization, with good understanding of a comprehensive set of best practices and tools for developing and deploying technology solutions. Self-directed and experienced in managing LSS Blackbelt level projects Ability to understand technical concepts to create strategic, program level summaries and draw decisionpoints and insights Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identifyopportunities, and develop effective solutions Excellent process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously whilecontinuously measuring and improving those processes Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams and lead a global multi-disciplinary team of assigned resources Advanced experience with use of reporting and presentation tools like Excel and PPT Experience with use of MS Teams and/or SharePoint Preferred:Masters Degree10 years of experience in business process/project delivery experience, preferably in a global organization, with good understanding of a comprehensive set of best practices and tools for developing and deploying technology solutions.PMP or SAFe certification Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
