Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

Job Description Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution Develop and execute litigation strategy in partnership with experienced trial attorneys Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents Take and defend depositions Negotiate settlements and help drive matters toward favorable resolution Conduct jury trials and other key litigation proceedings Participate in focus groups and case strategy sessions to improve outcomes Work directly with senior leadership and clients throughout the life of each case Attend legal education and trial training programs to continue developing high-level litigation skills Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience Strong writing, organization, and case management skills Able to stay composed and effective under pressure Excellent communication and client-facing skills Team-oriented, accountable, and self-motivated Personal injury litigation experience is strongly preferred Deposition and trial experience is a plus Licensed and in good standing, or able to practice in Massachusetts Why You Will Love Working Here You’ll join a firm where personal injury law is the core focus, not just one practice group among many.
