Description We are looking for a Recruiter to join a high-volume talent acquisition team supporting hiring efforts in Sunnyvale, Texas. This is a Contract position expected to run for 4 to 6 months and will focus on filling a large number of roles at a single location. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting in manufacturing environments and is comfortable managing full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced setting while partnering confidently with hiring managers. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume workload, overseeing approximately 25 to 30 open positions at any given time. u2022 Source, screen, and advance candidates for manufacturing and operations roles, including positions related to forklift operation, picking and packing, safety, and technical support. u2022 Conduct and coordinate virtual interviews through Zoom, guiding candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the selection process. u2022 Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, provide market feedback, and maintain hiring momentum. u2022 Use Greenhouse and Airtable to track candidate activity, organize recruiting data, and maintain accurate hiring records. u2022 Focus recruiting efforts exclusively on the Sunnyvale, Texas location to support local workforce demands. u2022 Drive timely movement of candidates through the process, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding coordination. Requirements u2022 Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or other high-volume workforce environments. u2022 Ability to manage a heavy requisition load while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. u2022 Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support. u2022 Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Airtable, or similar systems. u2022 Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence hiring managers and keep searches on track. u2022 Detail-oriented background in HR-related functions such as onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, benefits support, or HRIS processes. u2022 Spanish language skills are appreciated but are not required for consideration.
