Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a University Relations Coordinator I to join their team. As a University Relations Coordinator I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting university recruiting initiatives and intern programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: University Relations Coordinator I Location: Houston, Texas Pay Range: Shift: What's the Job? + Support campus recruiting efforts through pre-campus, on-campus, and post-campus strategies. + Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events, including shipping materials, tracking, and managing returns. + Set up and manage events in Yello, including scheduling and interview panel coordination. + Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus partners. + Assist with planning and executing the summer intern program, including onboarding, project coordination, and intern events. What's Needed? + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in university recruiting or relations preferred. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. + Experience with event management and recruiting platforms like Yello or Handshake is highly valued.
