All Ways Caring HomeCareAs the Executive Director, you will be the strategic leader driving IDD care and operational excellence across the state of Georgia. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive care policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives specifically focused on supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities throughout Georgia. By leveraging superior service delivery, you will drive quality care performance and create value for IDD service recipients, their families, and stakeholders. Through strategic leadership support and targeted care tools, you will empower our teams to achieve and exceed established IDD care goals. Additionally, you will serve as a critical bridge, acting as a key liaison between IDD operations, Case Managers, and provider associations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration in IDD care.Reviews Operation’s performance/support needs with Executive ManagementAnalyzes Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with, and promotion of BrightSpring’s vision, mission, and valuesResponsible for leading all operations under their supervision to maximize revenue and EBITDA Responsible for evaluating and implementing corrective action plans to improve the financial performace of each operation that is not meeting it’s financial targetsParticipates in the development of annual budgets and operational plansProvides operations with leadership support and tools to meet established goalsBuilds business, increase sales to meet/exceed goalsReviews Sales Plans and consult with the Corporate Sales Team regarding implementation strategiesInnovate and expand IDD service offerings across Georgia, identifying comprehensive strategies to enhance quality of life and community integration for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities statewideDevelop and implement comprehensive statewide training programs for Georgia's IDD care professionals that emphasize person-centered care, dignity, and best practices in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental DisabilitiesProvides Leadership support and guidance to operations experiencing performance issues and/or administrative vacancies by implementing standard processes to improve service delivery and outcomesEstablishes relationships and function as a liaison between operations and the Executive Leadership TeamAssesses processes and performanceEffectively leads and deploys the resource of the Core Team (QAM, HRS, etc) as required to support operationsAssists with process implementation geared to improve performance goalsProvides Support and Supervision to Operation’s with Branch Manager vacanciesEnsures each service site develops and fully implements a targeted recruitment and retention plan by partnering with HR and Talent AcquisitionOther duties as assignedBachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferredThree to five years or more of progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to effectively manage operations, systems, processes, and people Three or more years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports Outstanding organization and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skillsExtensive direct experience leading IDD care programs in Georgia strongly required; proven track record of comprehensive, statewide compassionate and person-centered support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental DisabilitiesProficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office solutionsWorking knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business (area) they are responsible forExcellent Customer Service skillsKnowledge or previous experience working in an office setting with computers, phones, and other related tasksAbility to travel 25-50% or as neededAll Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home - all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
