PRN PCA/CNA - Northwest Arkansas Pediatric ClinicNorthwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic is seeking a dependable and motivated PRN PCA/CNA to join our team. The PCA/CNA is responsible for rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, and supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. This role also includes performing point-of-care testing and assisting providers with procedures.This position provides support during high-volume clinic hours and plays an essential role in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.Weekday Evenings: Monday-Friday, 4:45 PM - ~7:00 PM (end time may vary)Saturday Mornings: 7:45 AM - ~11:00 AM (end time may vary)Hours are as needed (PRN) based on clinic demandKey Responsibilities:Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for evaluationObtain and accurately document vital signs in the EHRVerify and update medications, allergies, and patient informationAssist physicians and nurses with procedures as directedPerform and document rapid tests (urinalysis, hemoglobin, guaiac, strep, flu, COVID swabs, PCR, etc.)Conduct hearing and vision screeningsSupport compliance with Meaningful Use requirements during patient intakeReview daily schedules to maintain efficient clinic flowMust be able to work well independently and as a teamQualifications:High school diploma or GEDAbout Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics, a MANA Clinic, is committed to providing excellent, compassionate care to children and their families.
