Trissential is hiring an End User Support / Device Deployment Technician to join our client’s IT operations team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and wants to grow into greater responsibility over time. High‑impact, hands‑on IT work supporting real users every dayA supportive, collaborative team that encourages learning and problem‑solvingClear opportunity to grow responsibility if you excel in the roleExposure to modern endpoint management tools, including Autopilot and IntuneA stable, long‑term engagement with the potential of permanent conversionYour Role & Responsibilities Deploy new devices to existing users as part of PC refresh initiativesProvision and deploy devices for new hires, coordinating timing with hiring managersImage and configure devices (with a transition to Windows Autopilot planned this year)Deploy, ship, and support peripherals including monitors, docks, keyboards, and accessoriesProvide deskside, walk‑up, and remote end‑user support during device deploymentsFollow up with users to ensure timely return of old or replaced equipmentRecycle and properly disposition retired devicesMaintain accurate weekly inventory of devices and peripheralsWork tickets assigned through the ticketing system and ensure excellent customer experienceSupport walk‑up Help Desk coverage during rotating team hours (7:00am-4:00pm coverage window)Skills & Experience You Should Possess Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNowHands‑on experience providing Tier 1-2 end user supportFamiliarity with Windows OS and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and basic software issuesStrong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitudeAbility to work independently while collaborating with the broader IT team when neededBonus Points If You Have Experience with remote support tools such as CyberArk or similarFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, or IntuneExperience supporting device refresh or large‑scale deployment projectsExposure to Windows Autopilot or modern device management toolsEducation & Certifications You Need Some background in IT or end user support is required2+ years of experience preferred (less considered for current students or recent graduates with hands‑on IT experience)No certifications required, but IT coursework or technical training is a plusWhat We OfferAt Trissential, we partner with top organizations to deliver meaningful work and long‑term career growth.
