Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., What youâll do:The LVA Electrical Test Technician will set up, operate and maintain a variety of test equipment to perform electrical, electronic and mechanical tests on a variety of control this function you will:⢠, , Test equipment, ensure it meets customer specifications as well as safety and quality requirements.⢠, , Ensure a safe work environment for self and others., ⢠, , Constantly evolve in product and process knowledge; may require additional classroom work or assigned reading., ⢠, , Build positive relationships that support job objectives and a team environment., ⢠, , Develop rapport and establish relationships with customers; will interface heavily with customers on witness tests., ⢠, , Record data and write reports; process paperwork timely, accurately, and with accountability., ⢠, , Follow procedures with accurately, efficiently and with strict attention to details., ⢠, , Troubleshoot various problems that could occur during course of test; requires Tester to think critically to solve problems., ⢠, , Continuously improve work environment processes; may require Tester to develop test setups and new procedures when current procedures are inadequate., ⢠, , Troubleshoot and repair warranty and non-warranty problems., ⢠, , Recognize and report quality issues through the correct channels as they arise., ⢠, , Must be able to work flexible hours; including overtime and weekends
