Description We are seeking a resourceful and imaginative Creative Sourcer to identify, engage and attract top creative talent across a variety of disciplines, including design, copywriting, marketing, digital content and branding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building talent pipelines, uncovering hard-to-find candidates and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs. Requirements Qualifications: + Experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within creative, marketing or digital roles. Based on general knowledge. + Strong understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques and talent mapping strategies. Based on general knowledge. + Familiarity with creative portfolios and platforms such as LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble and similar channels.
