Travel Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) u2013 Home Health in Clearfield & Centre County, PA. Pay: $54.00 u2013 $56.00 per hour (based on experience) Type: Contract (04/24/2026 u2013 09/30/2026) u2013 possibility of extension Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday (8:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM) Coverage Areas: u2022 Clearfield County, PA u2022 Centre County, PA Primary Responsibilities: u2022 Provide skilled nursing care in the home health setting under physician orders and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies u2022 Perform OASIS assessments, start of care visits, return visits, and ongoing patient evaluations u2022 Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings u2022 Deliver high-quality clinical care including IV therapy, wound care, and wound VAC management u2022 Conduct venipuncture and administer treatments as required u2022 Provide patient and caregiver education on disease management, medications, and home care techniques u2022 Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with agency and payer requirements u2022 Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality outcomes u2022 Monitor patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention u2022 Travel daily to patient homes across assigned coverage areas and provide care in multiple locations within each shift u2022 Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required u2022 Ensure compliance with all home health policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications: u2022 Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania required u2022 Current BLS certification preferred u2022 Minimum home health experience required u2022 Experience with OASIS documentation required u2022 Hands-on experience with IV therapy, wound care, wound VACs, venipuncture, and patient disease education required u2022 Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills required Why work for Adecco? u2022 Weekly Pay u2022 401(k) Plan u2022 Skills Training u2022 Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
