Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Sparta, MI Pay: $17/hr + $1/shift premium Shift: 2nd & 3rd What's the Job? + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. + Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures. + Document production data accurately and report any issues promptly. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
