This position will be located in Roy, UT or Colorado Springs, CO and will support the Sentinel Program. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications: u2022 5 Years with Bacheloru2019s in related field of study, 3 Years with Masters, 1 Years with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree. u2022 US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years. u2022 Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP). u2022 Experience with Agile and working in a cross-function Scrum team. u2022 Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence u2022 Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Principles u2022 Experience programming in object oriented (C++, Python, JavaScript). u2022 Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) languages (SysML/UML) and concepts u2022 Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) u2022 Familiar with Software Development Plans u2022 Familiar with Software Engineering best practices u2022 Experience demonstrating excellent technical leadership, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills, effectively engaging with various stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) u2022 Proficient with DOORS, Cameo with the ability to write and decompose system requirements u2022 Ability to evaluate risks and tradeoffs and present solution options to management u2022 Experience with UI design and development, or experience Interpreting complex algorithms and requirements for implementation u2022 Familiar with Systems Engineering processes u2022 Ability to provide and implement solutions to advanced problems which require ingenuity and innovation u2022 Capable of working with minimal direction, independently determines and develops technical objectives of assignments, and presents work upon completion for high level review #Sentinelsoftware Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $155,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
