Entry-Level Assembler

Aerotek is hiring immediately for 2nd shift assemblers. This is an entry-level position and a great way to get your foot in the door at an excellent manufacturing facility in Racine Job Description: + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to secure builds + Read work orders to manufacture products within specifications + Rotate through stations Must-Have Skills and Qualifications + 1+ year of consistent work history Shift Schedule: + 2nd shift is 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday + Optional overtime starting at noon + Optional overtime 2 Saturday's per month Additional Benefits: + 2 weeks PTO + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401k match + Ample opportunities for cross-training and advancement Pay starts at $16/hour with a raise at 90 days. This is a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit manufacturing facility with a longstanding history of excellence in Racine.
