DESCRIPTION How you will make an impact: Lead and shape Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and sustainability initiatives, driving a proactive safety culture across operations. What you will do: u2022 Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs that protect people, environment, and communities while supporting business growth u2022 Manage regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement efforts as we fulfill our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer REQUIREMENTS How you will get here: u2022 Advanced degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive EHS experience in manufacturing environments u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related technical field u2022 Professional certifications desired (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, HVK) u2022 NEBOSH diploma or equivalent safety qualifications for international roles u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practices (OSHA, EPA, etc.) u2022 Proven ability to develop and implement EHS management systems and programs u2022 Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis u2022 Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities u2022 Excellence in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration u2022 Demonstrated success in facilitating organizational change and continuous improvement u2022 Proficiency with EHS software platforms and data analysis tools u2022 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills u2022 Ability to build effective partnerships at all organizational levels u2022 Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management systems u2022 Emergency response and business continuity planning expertise u2022 Travel required 10% Location: Fair Lawn, NJ Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112,500.00u2013$168,750.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
