Assemblers Needed for Special Project. Get in on an amazing firsthand glimpse of a major new product for one of our long-standing Lafayette manufacturing Companies. You will work for 5-6 weeks assembling a prototype steering column. Make $25/hr starting May 18th. Work 7am to 4pm, Monday u2013 Friday. Must have a strong interest in learning about a manufacturing process for a new assembly. Work for an experienced team of Engineers dedicated to get this assembly to market Attention to Detail and a mechanical aptitude is required. A documented interest in car maintenance or remodel strongly preferred. A criminal check, drug screen and steel toed shoes will be required.
