What youu2019ll do: + Perform inspections , observations, and tests of structural steel during erection on commercial or civil construction sites + Document findings accurately in accordance with accepted engineering practices + Work closely with contractors, technicians, and project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications + Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications + Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with project stakeholders + Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in the field What weu2019re looking for: + 1u20133 years of experience in construction and structural steel erection + AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification + ICC High Strength Bolting certification + Level II certifications in PT, MT, and UT in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A + Strong knowledge of AWS and AISC specifications + Valid driveru2019s license with a satisfactory driving record + Have a reliable vehicle suitable for construction site travel + Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions + Familiarity with additional standards (ANSI B31.1, B31.9, AWS D1.5) and other trades such as concrete, soils, fireproofing, and EIFS is a plus Compensation & Benefits: + Competitive salary range: $77,000u2013$82,000 , commensurate with experience + Full-time/permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package including: + ESOP participation u2013 you will be an owner of this great company + Mileage reimbursement and Monthly vehicle maintenance payments + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Health savings account (HSA) + Life insurance + Paid time off Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Paid time off + Vision insuranceManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
