Enter information in dispatch system and contact appropriate emergency responders. + Conflict resolution and de-escalation. + Answer all emergency and non-emergency phone lines including calls from mobile phones and patrols. + Handle requests from field personnel/officers for tows, ambulances, fire, special equipment, or service resolution needs. + Perform access control at security entrances / exits. + Conduct patrols inside / outside the clientu2019s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. + Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. + Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. + Provide detailed written reports. + Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. + Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
