Develop and test major software system component.Resolve complex hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations.Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity.Design, implement, and optimize complex SQL databases.Research emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution.Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software operating systems and application tegrate data from various sources into SQL.Provide guidance to software engineers and serve as a task leader.Provide project effort estimations.Position requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Comp SC, IT, IS, Comp Appls, Electr/Electrnc Eng, Eng (Any) or related field+ 5 yrs of progressive exp with SQL.Special Requirement: Qualifying experience must include experience with SQL.Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the country. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.Since this is a future position, providing a timeline and the frequency of travel for a project that will be assigned at a later stage is currently not possible.
