About the Role: As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, youwill provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation ofspace planning metrics for a small to medium-sized client's needs. This job is part of the Moves,Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design,construction, and moving services. What Youu2019ll Do: u2022 Review space requirements andprovide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team orstakeholders. u2022 Assist with creating block orstack plans and move lists. u2022 Analyzing data for neighborhoodrefresh projects and identifying data discrepancies u2022 Ability to monitor siteutilization and provide long term space strategies. u2022 Produce drawings andpresentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing steering committeemeetings for review and feedback. u2022 Collaborate with other teammembers to gain business intelligence including move and relocation sequencingand execution. u2022 Attend client meetings, draftmeeting minutes, and obtain approvals to proceed when required. u2022 May attend space walks forvalidation and update of occupancy metrics. u2022 Responsible for entering andmaintaining occupancy data within the system of record. u2022 Prepare forecasts and evaluatespace planning trends in general business conditions. u2022 Conduct interviews anddiscussions with clients to gather, coordinate and synthesize projectrequirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues. u2022 Partner with ArchitecturalVendors and Project Management to investigate code requirements and city orcounty permits when moving or reconfiguring office space. u2022 Facilitate post-occupancysupport and reviews to ensure deliverables were executed and clientu2019sexpectations were met. u2022 Have some knowledge of standardprinciples with limited practical experience in applying them. u2022 Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. u2022 Impact the quality of own work. u2022 Work within standardizedprocedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. u2022 Exchange straightforwardinformation, ask questions, and check for understanding. What Youu2019ll Need: u2022 Bachelor's Degree preferred withup to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Certification in Corporate RealEstate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred. u2022 Ability to use existingprocedures to solve standard problems. u2022 Experience working in a CAFMsystem u2022 Experience with analyzinginformation and standard practices to make judgments. u2022 In-depth knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. u2022 Organizational skills with astrong inquisitive mindset. u2022 Intermediate math skills.Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, andother financial related calculations. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $90K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $105K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
