Job Overview The National First Aid Specialist is focused on selling our First Aid and Safety Solutions including defibrillators, Personal Protective Equipment, first aid kits, eye wash stations, safety signs, and safety training to support our growth and increase in demand. Responsibilities/Essential Functions Sell at a national level, focused on multi-location/multi-state regional accounts with $100,000 - $750,000 annual spend: + All first aid, training, safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) products as marketed under the Vestis First Aid brand. + Rental first aid kits as marketed under the Vestis brand. + Direct sale u201cspot buysu201d of clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. as marketed through Vestis Direct Sales. More complex and time-consuming Vestis Direct Sales should be routed to a Direct Sale Executive (DSE). + If the customer has rental needs outside your swim-lane, you are encouraged to provide rental sales leads to other rental sales channels. + All size first aid customers & prospects within your assigned sales territory. + Generate and grow new business by successfully executing on a sales plan. + Adhere to the u201cWeek in the Lifeu201d FAS sales schedule and daily activity targets (phone-blocking, presentations, & in-person proposals). + Research potential customers and prospect. + Build strong customer relationships and close sales. + Conduct competitive market analysis and other sales-related research. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities + Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation. + Strong presentation and communication skills. + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). + Strong presentation skills. + Strong computer skills for Microsoft Office and Sales automation. + Strong track record of hunter sales; Strong knowledge of the Challenge Sales process. + Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the prospectu2019s organization. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience/Qualifications + A Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience is preferred. + Five to seven years outside sales business-to-business (B2B) selling is required. + Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred. License Requirements/Certifications A valid driveru2019s license is required. Working Environment/Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%.
