EHS Manager

Job Description The EHS Manager is responsible for the collection of EHS data, review, and coordination of EHS related documentation, development of client / project specific pre-qualifications and plans as well as the performance of facility and work area audits. The EHS Manager performs training when required, mentors EHS Coordinators, Conducts / supports incident investigations utilizing the root cause analysis process. Additional support is provided for the company DOT and Safety Compliance Program. -u2003Will be overseeing 2 EHS Coordinators ou2003Coordinators are responsible for conducting audits in the field u2013 the EHS Manager is making sure that they are doing what they are supposed to and scheduling out things -u2003Participates in the development and implementation of EHS policies and programs, safe work practices, EHS training programs, and drug testing policies -u2003Provides technical and administrative direction to EHS personnel. mentors, trains, and evaluates performance of EHS personnel -u2003Works with Project Managers and Regional Managers to develop EHS goals and written safety action plans to assist in achieving the goals of the business units -u2003Initiates and participates in all accident/incident investigations with operations personnel to determine Root-Causes and develop a Corrective Action Plan We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
