Shipping & Returns Administrative Rep Shipping & Returns Administrative Rep Location: 100% Onsite - by Desert Ridge (51 & 101) Shipping & Returns Administrative Rep Schedule: 7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - will be scheduled an 8 hour set shift. Shipping & Returns Administrative Rep Job Description: The Global Support Team Representative will answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers. (India and Brazil). Shipping & Returns Administrative Rep Required Qualifications: + Must have excellent written communication skills + Strong Customer Service Skills + Experience navigating multiple systems at a time + Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
