Join the Practice Efficiency Solutions team and play an important role in helping advisor practices increase practice value and improve the client experience. We do this by streamlining practice operations, enhancing relationship management, and scaling best practices. The Implementation Specialist brings subject matter expertise and operational excellence to Practice Efficiency Solutions initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role partners across teams to solve complex needs, strengthen adoption of key initiatives and processes, and improve transparency and accountability through metrics and reporting. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with multi-tasking and tactical execution, and the ability to create simple, actionable deliverables that drive measurable results. We are open to this being a remote position. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Operational Excellence: Lead and support core operations that improve practice-level consistency, capacity, and efficiency through scalable processes and disciplined execution. Examples include: + + Maximize Salesforce B2E adoption and increase its value by building, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports and dashboards that support field engagement and outcomes. + Scale standardized workflows and operating models (e.g., advisor service model components) to increase consistency and field impact. + Improve visibility, transparency, and accountability by maintaining monthly/quarterly reporting and partnering with appropriate reporting and analytics teams. + Maintain standards and controls by administering key business processes (e.g., SEC Marketing Referral Review, process updates, tech fee administration) with accuracy and timeliness. + Serve as a subject matter expert to internal product and platform teams, influencing capability enhancements that remove friction and improve operational effectiveness. + Strategic Implementation: Identify and partner with key stakeholders to accelerate execution of key initiatives; collect inputs, analyze needs, and draft proposals, recommendations, and outcomes. Leverage a strong working understanding of end-to-end practice operations to recognize opportunities with broader enterprise impact. Examples include: + + Create and refine documents, job aids, and resources that influence leader support, drive advisor adoption, and advance strategic objectives. + Synthesize key business insights and outcomes for stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and development. + Support project management across Practice Efficiency Solutions (e.g., agenda development, meeting facilitation, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and communications) using platforms such as EOS and SharePoint. + Collaborate cross-functionally with partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance, DDT/DAX, Distribution COE, HR) to advance initiatives and ensure readiness for rollout and sustainment. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: + College degree or equivalent experience required. + Five plus years working in financial services; familiarity and experience with advisors and practice operations strongly preferred. + Proven ability to execute with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment. + Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communications. + Salesforce knowledge preferred (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene, and adoption support). + Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholders. + Ability to recognize obstacles to execution and identify pragmatic alternatives. + Strong Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and SharePoint. + Comfortable working in both highly structured and loosely defined, entrepreneurial environments. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service, conflict management, and teamwork. + Credibility and demonstrated ability to collaborate and solve problems. + Demonstrated expertise in several of the following functional areas: practice management, workflow/process design, operational alignment, financial advice/insurance and investment products, teaming, and marketing. The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $85,613.00 - $115,830.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
