This role is perfect forsomeone with real-world electrical experience - whether fromconstruction, industrial wiring, panel building, or field service - whoalso enjoys working with drawings, coordinating materials, and keepingprojects moving. You'll be the bridge between our ElectricalEngineering team and our Electrical Assembly team on the productionfloor, ensuring that every eHouse we build is assembled accurately,efficiently, and with the right materials on hand. If you like being onyour feet, solving problems in real time, and working closely with bothengineers and assemblers, this could be the job for you.Responsibilities: Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, andlayout drawings before assembly begins Identify required materials,components, and hardware; communicate needs to purchasing. Trackincoming materials and ensure they reach the correct project andfacility Work directly with electrical engineers to resolve technicalquestions or drawing issues Support assemblers on the production floorby answering questions and clarifying design intent Monitor activebuilds, identify roadblocks, and help keep production on scheduleProcess change requests quickly and accurately during assembly Documentdrawing discrepancies and collaborate with engineering to improve futuredesigns Assist the Electrical Assembly Supervisor with dailycoordination and workflow needs Qualifications: High School Diploma orGED required; technical college or related degree preferred 3+ years'experience in electrical construction, industrial wiring, panelbuilding, or related field Strong ability to read and interpretelectrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings Comfortableworking on your feet around 70% of the day in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment Able to lift 50lbs and move between multiple GPC facilitiesas needed (valid driver's license required) Excellent communicationskills; able to work with engineers, assemblers, and supervisorsStrong...
