This position isresponsible for leading the analysis, validation, and delivery ofCommercial employer and broker reporting. This role serves as asubjectmatter expert for Commercial reporting data, platforms, andbusiness rules, ensuring highquality, clientready reporting for fullyinsured and selffunded business. Key Accountabilities Lead thedevelopment, maintenance, and delivery of Commercial reporting foremployers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Own complex recurring andad hoc Commercial reports and data feeds, including highcost claimant,utilization, financial, medical and pharmacy reports. Perform complexanalysis of healthcare data, including medical, pharmacy, eligibility,provider, and financial information. Serve as a subjectmatter expert forCommercial reporting platforms (e.g., employer reporting systems anddashboards). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness throughrobust validation, reconciliation, and quality controls. Investigate andresolve complex data issues impacting client deliverables, renewals,underwriting, or financial reporting. Partner with business, IT, andvendor teams to design, enhance, and modernize Commercial reportingsolutions. Lead process improvements and automation efforts to increaseefficiency and reduce operational risk. Develop and maintaindocumentation for report logic, data definitions, assumptions, anddependencies. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other analysts,setting standards for quality and best practices. Communicate analyticalfindings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics,healthcare, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims andeligibility. Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Snowflakeorsimilar analytical tools. Strong understanding of Commercial healthcaredata, reimbursement concepts, and reporting requirements.
